EXPERIENCE
Bill’s mediation practice takes him to Dubai, France, Switzerland, Spain, South Africa, Kenya, Mexico and the US as well as to Hong Kong, Singapore and all parts of the United Kingdom and the Channel Islands. He conducts around 70 mediations each year.
He mediates a wide range of commercial cases including insurance, products liability, banking and derivatives, share sales, competition, professional negligence, computers and software, oil and gas, construction and engineering as well as human rights cases. He has considerable experience of group and class action mediations, including competition follow-on claims and regularly uses co-mediation in multi-party cases.
Bill is consistently ranked in the top tiers by Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners. He has been included in the Who’s Who Legal top ten list of commercial mediators globally every year since the list was first published in 2011.
