Based at Maxwell Chambers Suites in Singapore, Maxwell Mediators is founded by 3 commercially smart and legally savvy mediators who specialise in mediating online or in-person complex, cross-border disputes in the Asia Pacific. Since launching in June 2019, we have mediated $100’s of millions of claims involving parties from virtually every country in the Asia Pacific. Having been busy mediating online during the pandemic, the jurisdictions in which we practice are now opened up and we are once again fully available for in-person mediation wherever convenient for parties and counsel.

Geoff Sharp

Geoff has mediation chambers at Brick Court in London and Maxwell Mediators in Singapore. He holds senior posts in the mediation community, and is appointed to the World Bank’s International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes Panel. He is an ambassador for the Singapore International Mediation Centre and a Distinguished Fellow of the International Academy of Mediators and has built a portfolio of cases where he is routinely trusted by governments and global law firms.
